'Health is wealth'. We all know this proverb. But the suitable way to the good health we rarely find.
However, in these days we follow proper diet and exercise which is a better option to good health.
Generally, people focus on reducing weight and slim look. But the reduction of consumption of food causes skin problems, hair problems, bone weakness etc. which are not desirable.
An adult man should consume 1500-1600 calory in a day. He also needs protein and fat.
We don't consider sugar as a companion with proper diet. But sugar deposits impetus to the body. If your body have the scarcity of carbohydrate, glucose in you will face weakness, an inability of work and fainting problems. Whether the high sugar consumption is injurious to your health thus scarcity of sugar is also injurious.
Fat is a panic to all those who follow only salad diet plan. But fat is always needed for working strength. Deficiency of fat lead to driness. In a cold environment fat serves heat to your body. So fat also can not be unseen.
Protine generally helps you to construct your body. Making muscle are in the hand of protein. Protine never entrusted to your body. It controls the decay of your body. If you do not consume protein it will cause hair loss, excessive weight loss and insomnia.
It is not true that totally avoiding of the consumption of these component can bring a healthy life. The scarcity can lead you to anxiety, mood swings, skin and hair problems, reduction of retention and so on.
On the other hand consumption of needed components and proper exercise make you not only fit but also strong.
Walk for 3 minutes daily and drink 3-4 litres water daily and consume 5 or less oil a day.. Your good health will embrace with prosperity..
