Person gets paid 2 times for the same post
and person is spamming every 5 min a probably copy pasted content

I also think the person uses several accounts just look, just look yourself and tell me what you think.
I don't care if someone copy paste the whole Wikipedia into the steemit blockchain, but the person should get rewarded for that or you think it is worth 120$ per hour?
