Sunflowers Art School

My day today is like a garden of yellow sunflowers.
My Early Morning
I usually wake up at 4:30 a.m. but since I did not sleep well the previous night because I finished my documents that need to be passed before 11:59 p.m. so I wake up 5:30 and I have to cook our breakfast faster that I used to be .
At 7:45 a.m I started walking by this floody road again since it rained last night .So I have to pass by the sides of the road to avoid water.

When I arrived in school I was greeted with this three green mangoes freshly picked by our kind co teacher from their farm.

And then we have to do our morning dance exercise which we do everyday after our flag is raised.

Then our morning cleaning routine follows. And added to it is our assignment to make our school beautiful and green. Our school is not that wide and big but it will lighten ones heart seeing those green around us .We started our task. To paint the plant box while others painted the posts and some on stage.

After enjoying what we did. At almost 4 hours of unity and comaraderie we finished the job. And our day was complete. As we go home today it doesn't matter if we will pass by the flood, or we will soak in the rain , we will never stop facing the storm. Because I we know the sunflowers bloom on sunny days.

As a teacher, I am always excited on what happens next. We love to see these kids grow and become who they are in the future. May we plant to them the seed of goodness and kindness that will be someday one of those stones they step on to cross the rivers of challenges .
