Missy Chef's Diary #1 - Happy Monday without Monday Blue ^^

It was a lovely Monday morning, the weather was good. I woke up with positive mode and I can felt my body full of energy!💪💪💪 How about you? I hope you'll felt as great as me.
这是一个美好的星期一早上，天气很好。我以正面的模式醒来，我能感觉到我的身体充满活力！你呢？希望你的感觉和我一样。
I watched MasterChef last night and inspired by Gordon Ramsay's cauliflower 'couscous' dishes. It looks so delicious and healthy! So, I wanted to cook it for my dinner, but I will try to do a little different by adding my favorite Taiwanese Sausages. 😍
我昨晚看了MasterChef的节目，并受到Gordon Ramsay的花椰菜蒸粗麦粉启发了我。看起来很美味很健康！所以，我今天晚上要做饭。但是，会有些不一样哦，我会尝试添加我最喜爱的台湾香肠。
Here there are the ingredients that I prepared.
这里有我准备的食材。
Cauliflower couscous, long beans, carrots, eggs, little shrimps, taiwanese sausages, garlic, onions and mixed sauce (soy sauce, sugar, ginger and sesame oil)
花椰菜，长豆，胡萝卜，鸡蛋，小虾，台湾香肠，大蒜，洋葱和混合酱（酱油，糖，姜和芝麻油）
Let's start cooking!
我们开始做饭咯！
Tadaa......it's done! My Cauliflower Couscous with Taiwanese Sausages (Taste more like Asian feels 😜)

Hi, I look semi-vegetarian, I do not eat meat, so I'll try your recipe, but without sausages (even if I want to, here in Romania, I do not think I can find it). Great lust! Telling me how it was ...
Hi @alexcool, it will be fine even without sausages or meat. It came out perfectly, and it taste really nice! I was surprised it taste and feels very similar to real couscous and rice :) But this is a more healthy version. Try it, I think you will like it. Let me know how it taste :)

Great post ! Today i just lost my job...i worked really hard as a waiter for like 10 years in a restaurant...worked night after night shifts but still they decide they don't need my services anymore and that they don't have money to pay me so they just kick me out . It was really hard for me to find this job because i don't have much education....i did't go to college...
The real problem is that i have a debt of 759 $ to my apartment rent and if i don't pay till the end of the month they gonna kick me out from my own home. I don't have friends and my family won't lend me any money...
My only hope now to raise this money is steemit...i like it alot here and the community is very nice...
Please if anybody would like to help me , a upvote would be awesome and would help me tremendously to raise the money i need .

I'm really sorry to hear that, I hope you can get through it..There are always ups and downs in life. Just don't lose faith, I believe you deserve something greater awaiting for you. When God closes a door, he will always opens a window, even a tiny one. It may seems tiny now, but keep on believing in it, and it will be the greatest explosion we will ever seen in this lifetime.
