There is no doubt that as man has developed new techniques of science and new researches have started happening in the medical field, the average lifespan of man has increased tremendously. Some 25-30 years ago, the average lifespan in developed countries or developing countries was only 40-45 years, but now new inventions and changes in food habits have given man a long lifespan.

Till what age would you like to live? And why till that age?

Although one's age cannot increase by wishing, but I feel that a healthy man should live till the time his real responsibilities are fulfilled and he is not physically dependent on anyone else.

Meaning he should be able to do all his work himself. That is why I also imagine living my life till 75 years, in which 12-13 years are still left.

Because after this my health will definitely deteriorate and I will become dependent on others or I will become a helpless person.

What are you doing to stay healthy and reach that age?

I have believed in eating a very disciplined diet since the beginning of my life, I believe that a person should eat to live and not live to eat.

By eating balanced and necessary food and doing work, we help in creating the necessary energies for our survival, and we are saved from many unwanted diseases.

By eating haphazardly and doing unnecessary work, our lifestyle is adversely affected and we start aging prematurely.

To prevent myself from aging, I still do many of my tasks myself and eat balanced food, and live a disciplined life.

What do you think about the possibility of achieving immortality through technological advancement? Would you like to live forever?

Many rich people are using modern medicines and techniques to look young through technical methods, but I feel that these experiments are adversely affecting their health.

Many people are forced to look beautiful due to their profession. That is why they are taking steroids or modern medicines to keep their muscles well-built. But they are unaware of their long-term consequences. Such experiments are sometimes increasing the risk of sudden death.

I am totally against any technical experiment to live longer or look young. I find happiness in living naturally. I have not used any cosmetic product in my life till date.

I would like to live as long as I am healthy and not after that.

How are you planning to finance your life in old age?

See, although the government is giving me pension, which is enough money for my living, but I am still doing some business for the well-being of my family.

There are three benefits of this, firstly I spend my time well and secondly I get financial benefits and with that money I am able to give a happy life to other members of my family.

The third benefit is that since I am still financed, I am not a financial burden on any member, rather I am their financial helper.
