Appetizer dish that became a mainstay at The Edge Restaurant in the form of two salad dishes, namely crispy green salad and smoked salmon salad. There are also two soup dishes, such as the king prawn bisque, which is a blend shrimp soup served with fresh prawns and bread dredged from the bottom of the soup.
