Clu5050 - I Bought Steem With Bitcoin (BTC) From Binance To Power Up My Account And Get On Track With My Club Status.

Hi lovely members of steemwomen club.

Since the initiation of the 3 club levels which are club5050, club75 and club100, we have seen a consistent power up from a lot of steemit users. I have embraced the club initiative and I’m currently participating in club5050.

I have also being doing some power up exercises, which I will keep on to always be on track with my club status. I have reached 1,103.944 steem power as i powered up 36 steem to reach that target. But that power up couldn’t cover for my withdrawals from last month making my club status to go out of hand.

So I wanted to be on track with my club status but was not having any steem to power up. Then I thought of selling my little Bitcoin on binance to steem and withdrawing it back to the steemit blockchain to continue my powering up exercise. I bought 26 steem with Bitcoin (BTC) and transferred it back to my steemit wallet to complete my powering up exercise.

Below are the steps that I followed to buy steem with BTC and some screenshots to prove my steem purchase.

Step 1. I opened my binance exchange platform and clicked on wallet at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 2. My wallet was opened successfully and I clicked on Bitcoin (BTC).

Step 3. After I clicked on Bitcoin, a menu appeared where I couldn’t find STEEM/BTC pair. So I clicked on more to open the broader BTC pairs for me.

Step 4. I then search the STEEM/BTC pair in the search box and it appeared.

Step 5. After I selected the STEEM/BTC pair, I was asked whether to buy or to sell steem. So I selected buy steem which indicated the equivalent number of steem I will get.

Step 6. My purchase of steem was successful and it reflected in my wallet.

Step 7. I then proceeded to withdraw the steem into my steemit account by selecting withdraw.

Step 8. I was asked to fill in my details for the withdrawal, which I entered and proceeded by clicking the withdraw button.

Step 9. I was asked to confirm the withdrawal and I did so by clicking on the confirm button.

Step 10. And my withdrawal of steem into my steemit account was successful.

After I was done withdrawing the steem, I exited the binance platform and quickly log into y steemit wallet to see whether the withdrew steem has reflected. I checked and the steem was there in my wallet.

So I then proceeded to power it up to make my club status valid. And below are some of the screenshots and steps I followed to power up the little steem I bought with BTC.

Step 1. I login to my steemit wallet and my available steem was 25.974 which was what I bought with BTC on binance and my initial steem power was 1,103.944.

Step 2. I clicked on steem in my wallet and selected power up from the drop down menu that appeared.

Step 3. I was asked to input the amount of steem I will be powering up and I entered all and proceeded by clicking on the power up button.

Step 4. My power up was successful and my steem power has increased from 1,103.944 to 1,129.918 leaving 0.000 steem in my wallet.

My power up was successful and my club status is now on track. Let’s all build the habit of doing power ups at least twice or once in a week. It help increase our steem power and always maintain our club status which is very important in the steemit blockchain.

Consistent powering up is very essential to grow your influence on the steemit platform.
Having more steem power allows you to curate more posts and earn more curation rewards. The more your steem power, the higher your influence on the platform. The steem power you have in your wallet doesn’t just sit in your wallet but it also grows in amount. Your voting mana charges faster and your votes are worth much more.
