Dordrecht by night ...
Went out to have diner with a group of friends this year we ended up in Dordrecht.
it has a nice old harbor with ships decorated with Christmas lighting

thank you Denise , they served tapas small plates with food you had to order 10 things before you had enough to eat :) but most of it was good. we did have a great Christmas how was yours ?
Oh, tapas are yummy. Small little bites, but, hey! They can be so good.
Christmas was wonderful. Despite the sometimes elaborate decorations, we keep it pretty simple. We go out caroling, sing around the piano, enjoy each others company and go to church at midnight to celebrate the reason.
Neighbors and friends drop by and a horse and buggy came to the door to take us around the neighborhood to see all the lights.
I love the wonderfully warm feelings that this time of year brings. Thanks for asking.
