Adding Steem Infos to the suggestions review page of Utopian 1UP

I kept working with @flauwy (therealFlauwy on Github) to add the features that will make the Utopian 1UP button a reality. In this iteration, I worked on connecting the suggestion review page - that @flauwy and other admins will use to decide which contributions to front run - to the STEEM blockchain by mean of the steemJs API.

Using the API, I was able to extract the following features, that give nice indications of the post values:

Admins can now see directly on the review page:

• the title of the post instead of the ugly slug
• the name of the author and its reputation as well as the ID of the user who clicked the 1UP button
• the number of votes
• the pending payout (the two lasts ones are zero because they are more than a week old).

After discussing with @flauwy, next steps will include the following:

• Group by number of suggestions
• Don't show those who were already upvoted by Utopian
• Once SteemPlus is integrated with SteemConnect : prepare the 1UP button for Steemit/Busy/Utopian
