I'll apologize for the late reply, and for delivering it in this way, but the answer is kind of long.

What is the basic problem?

IMO, democrats in the educational industry. Obviously, I am a fanatic on this issue, as I am on the question of democrats/liberals in the first place. They are just too pompously ignorant and full of hate to be allowed any influence on our public life, especially where our kids are concerned.

So as I progress through my answer, you'll find you can filter out/down my approach to the solution to something you may find more reasonable in your judgement

The range of solutions

This isn't an either/or answer, either. You can find a lot of options on a continuum of extreme confrontation to absolute surrender...both of which are extremes.

"Too Conservative" in our case means doing nothing (i.e., surrendering in effect), while "Too Aggressive" would mean violent options. Neither of which is a good solution. (For the second, see In the Long Run: Dealing with the Left, Mass reservations on Pinochet Airlines are NOT necessary)

And "Somewhere in the Middle" is vague. You want specific options.

But before I get to those, you have to understand the restrictions on your possible actions

• You are a minority in the educational system; most teachers trend liberal, and that percentage skyrockets when you get to admin and support.
• Which means if you act too openly, you are subject to retaliation against your career
• For those people that aren't liberals or conservatives, they just don't care what happens so as long as their own lives aren't affected (the point of which always makes me howl with rage because by the time their lives will be affected, it will be too late to do anything BUT operate under extreme options)
• RESOURCES...time, money, energy, manpower, knowledge, etc: Things don't magically happen because Steve rants on facebook. Action requires resources, which are always in short supply. Time is a major restriction on action for folks. Support in manpower is always short because folks don't build networks of action. Knowledge is a big one here, too. You know there is a problem, but is it as bad as I say, and do you know how to attack it if so

Once you know what you can't do, or won't do, you can start looking over your range of options and deciding on what you can do in an efficient manner. So what are some of your options?

• You can organize a Long March through the educational industry. This is what the leftists did to get their power in the educational system.
• You can start identifying conservative teachers and organize social meetings, in which you can identify those conservative teachers that can be effective in helping you in the endeavor.
• You can start identifying which teachers and admin staff are leftists, and make sure you stay off their radar.
• You can start collecting data on any illegal actions you may see
• You can start noting hypocrisies in a general sense without making a rightwing argument at the same time (subtly as Information War)

A fundamental problem in the way that the Right deals with the Left

Most patriots simply do not to admit two things:

• Who the Left is (deceitful, sanctimonious, tyrannical)
• How the Left USES power

I will stress this point though...winning elections doesn't mean Jack Squat if policy isn't changed in accordance with those victories.
