Farm Fresh Kombucha
I picked up a bottle of Tumeric/Carrot blend Kombucha at a local farm today.
They brew it on site with filtered water, raw kombucha culture, organic green tea, organic black tea, locally grown organic tumeric, local grown organic carrots, lemons, and organic cane sugar (for fermantation).
Quite refreshing and I'll be sure to pick up some more plus try the other flavors. They also have some organic soups to purchase as well but they seemed quite pricey for the serving sizes.
Had to slowly roll the bottle to mix up some of the natural sediments.
Also working on a new puzzle as you can see in the background.

They are making some pretty interesting mixes with kombucha these days. I am fan of guava myself. Great post, Steve.

Looks real good I must check out our local farmers market when they start up to see if anyone does something similar
