WEEKLY REPORT: Steem Representative 15/05-21/05/23
Hello my dear Steemians,
Another week past and I am here to tell you about my week activities of last 7 days.
Supporting Steem Meet Up of users in Venezuela |

I wanted to start with the great event that now the Steemians from Venezuela decided to do and it is a SteemFest. While being a group of active people on Steemit we are interacting with each other, know a lot about each other and supporting many therefore, it is another step to come together. The Venezuela users are one of the largest and it is no wonder that they decided to come together and meet up now live, to chat about live and Steemit live.
Therefore I decided to dedicate last week post for their Steemit Fest and set my post for the organisers of the Fest.
In my opinion we can help each other cross communities to support the projects of each other.
Application for Curator for June |

This week I also decided to apply again for Curator post for June. Of course, it is quite busy to do curation especially when we have a small group. But what I really love is fact of being able to support users who are doing their best and producing their posts. We all know that Big accounts are not able to cover many of them, that is why this role of Curator is to be able to find good posts of active users, to give them support but also to be able to guide them to appropriate community with same interests. Often we discovered interesting users and new personalities.
I like the work in a team, we all learn something from each other and it is good to be supportive to each other. This way, we are not feeling left alone and are able to provide a goos job but also to support the Initiative of the Steemit Team.

This week I did couple of posts from our real life activities, there is a regular Charity Race that people take part in order to support the Research in the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer. This is regular event that takes place every year and it is great that despite of weather there always enough people.
Also, I wanted to share the posts about Scottish Heritage that we visited recently:

The week three of Curator of Team#1, this time I had curation using @steemcurator08 on one day and curated 15 posts and 3 comments
At the end of the week I presented the weekly report with statistic of the Team activities but also we had our 7 nominated posts. Every case we discuss in our Discord and if there is anything that we need to change we also come to the united decision.
Moderator of WOX Community and Booming nomination |

As always I am daily visiting the users in WOX, supporting their contests and advising the users with tips how to make their blogs attractive and how to be visible if they have serious intention to remain on Steemit.
Booming Community support program is something that I am actively involved but still we WOX Moderators propose the users and at the end after our combined decision we nominate for the Booming support.
We nominate one user per week but always pay attention that the users are creating original content, not cross posting, no plagiarism, no AI generated posts. Also we make sure that the users receive not more than 3 posts in total that mean nomination by other communities per week.
It is a responsible work but it is very satisfying.

Application for Engagement Challenge from WOX Visual Art Team |

There is a good group of Visual Art creators as professional Artists and Photographers who have their availability this months and happy to be a part of Jury of Engagements challenges in Season 10. The Moderator team is also happy to help out with Verification process of users. We are all very excited about that month of events and looking forward for the announcement of result of application process.

We continue to encourage our user to Power Up and give a good example for our Followers. In order to be independent and be able to support the friends and communities it is essential to invest in Steem and grow your account. We do weekly Power Up and that gives us a chance to support others too:
