WEEKLY REPORT: Steem Representative 08/05-14/05/23
Hello my dear Steemians,
I am glad to present you the report for the week#2 of May, I managed very well to combine my activities on Steemit and also to do my 4 long days of oncall shifts. It is often too hectic and there is not enough time but I enjoy very well my work in hospital but also all the activities that I do on Steemit.

It is a second week of May when we curating in a small group, it is noticeable that thank our close communication in Discord, we are able to work and support each other. We visit Discord everyday and share our curation, if there is any question about the verification of the user, or if any suspicion about the eligibility of users for Curation, then we discuss it all together.
This week I had two days of curation using @steemcurator08:
Thursday, 11/05 after my long shift therefore, it was a half day curation and I visited 17 posts and one comment
Sunday, 14/05 when I visited 20 posts and 4 comments
Later that day after summarising the data from the week of curation I issues a curation report for Team#1
Support Steemfest in Venezuela |

While being a Steem Representatives we also share the Discord channel for Representatives, which gives a chance for many active leaders of different communities to contact each other.
On Monday, the 8th of May we heard about a Meet up that is organised by Venezuelan users, as organisers @nahela and @ wilmer1988, it will be on 17/07/23

To show my contribution to this event I have Upvoted the posts and I am setting up the Payout of this post to @nahela who is the main organiser. We are all Steemians and that is good that one of the biggest group of users going to come togehter.

As always I am daily visiting the users in WOX, supporting their contests and advising the users with tips how to make their blogs attractive and how to be visible if they have serious intention to remain on Steemit.
Booming Community support program is one of my main area of work too, there are some days wen I have 24 hours shifts that time the whole Moderator team of WOX is taking over the Booming nomination.
We nominate one user per week but always pay attention that the users are creating original content, not cross posting, no plagiarism, no AI generated posts. Also we make sure that the users receive not more than 3 posts in total that mean nomination by other communities per week.
It is a responsible work but it is very satisfying.

We continue to encourage our user to Power Up and give a good example for our Followers. In order to be independent and be able to support the friends and communities it is essential to invest in Steem and grow your account. We do weekly Power Up and that gives us a chance to support others too:

You are welcome, hope that will help out a bit, there is a lot to organise and it will require a lot of financial input. Usually the preparation is stressful but then you will just enjoy the fruits of your work. Yes, one month will pass very quickly, hope the users who live not so far from you will also help out to organise it!
