WEEKLY REPORT: Steem Representative 01/05-07/05/23
Hello my dear Steemians,
This is a summary of activities for the last week, what needs to be mentioned we noticing slightly increased number of users who are found to try to pretend to be someone else, some accounts are new, but might be someone who decided to create a second one after being count once.
It is a hard work and that takes a lot of time for investigations, because we do not want to blame someone unless the user was caught and there are evidences.

- @hashirkhan99, this user made it easy for us to detect his abuse, he simply copied the Curation report of our Curation Team#1 and posted that in "Steem POD" community including his name but also not changed the text that is why it was seen by us immediately. Looking through his blog, he copied many posts from other Curators and presented from his name. Luckily, shortly after our comment the user's blog then was made inactive and his stolen posts are not visible.
- @akash-saha is another users who posted couple of post in WOX, he is using the image without citing a source and hte texts are AI generated:

The other posts of him also AI generated:
There are currently a couple of more users under suspicion but we still need to wait until we have proves. Such investigative work takes time and efforts because of cross searching through different search machine but also social media. We are glad when we can reveal some but the number is not getting smaller.
Suggestion of thumbnail for Steemcurator accounts |

While curating with Steemcurator08 couple of days ago I had a chat with @andrea.boji with a Moderator of "Ukraine on Steem" Community who was wondering if instead of anonymous thumbnail for Steemcurator it would be better to get all Steemcurator the same colourful face with their number at the bottom. I like that suggestion and I wonder if the Steemit Team also would like it?

It is a week one that we started in new Steemcurator Team that has now 4 members, what we have noticed that there are strength of such small group:
-we communicate more often in Discord and discuss many things, we can reach each other easily and give advises as well as getting the opinions of each other. It is more a feeling of strong core work
But, it is also more work that we do, curating on two days of a week. I curated on:
Tuesday, 02/05 I have curated 17 posts with "Steemcurator04" but then it was a change of key so that I was not able to finish curating day
Saturday, 06/05, I have curated 32 posts and 8 comments with "Steemcurator08"

That is one of our main responsibilities within WOX Community:
to visit the posts of new users and to verify their authenticity, often we contact the user on their other social media or via emails
the verified users we guide how to make their posts interesting and how to receive the visibility of a large group of curators
it is a need for constant reminder and clarification how to comply with the rules of different clubs and how to reach appropriate level
Having the opportunity Booming Community Support program we nominate the users for that support. We check every user for the number of Booming Upvote a week and try not to exceed 3 nomination per week. The program of @Alejos7ven is used to check if the users had nominations in other communities

We continue to encourage our user to Power Up and give a good example for our Followers. In order to be independent and be able to support the friends and communities it is essential to invest in Steem and grow your account. We do weekly Power Up and that gives us a chance to support others too:
