Weekly Curation Report by Team Millionaire - Week 4 July 2023
Hello dear Steemians,
Today, I would like to present you the data of the 4th week of curation of Team Millionaire that included 22/07-28/07/23 on behalf of the Steemit Curation Team Millionaire and my three colleagues:
We are happy to present you the details of our curation work of last 7 days and glad to be able to support many users running contests but also to be able to give some surprise visits of the Winners. We also given attention to the users who leaving good and thoughtful comments and it is a pleasure to receive nice feedback from the users.

My first curation day this week was on Saturday. There were a lot of announcements of winners that day, so I spent most of my voting power on contest winners' posts that didn't get enough support before.
In total, I supported 20 posts and 6 comments.
Today I supported 21 contests with 09 comments. The day went smoothly with a lot of contests, and I couldn't help but notice that the absence of the Engagement Challenge might have contributed to this continued flow of contests this Sunday. Overall, a quality day at the curation desk for me.
July 24th was my first healing shift, this day I found several contests to support. In total I was able to support a total of 22 contests that met the curation parameters.
I was also able to support a total of 9 comments.
My curation day was Tuesday, the 25th of July, I noticed that it was a day of many winner announcements and less new contests. It was nice to visit some of winners whose posts were not expired yet. Also, in order to fairly distribute the vote, I have chosen the winners who did not receive Booming or other SteemcuratorXX upvotes and still had very little reward. In my opinion that should motivate such new or unknown users to take part in such contests.
This time my work went without in the usual mode. There were many contests and announcements of winners. Now there is always plenty to choose from.
In total, I supported 21 posts and 6 comments.
My day completed with curating 21 contests with 04 comments. I found a new account which started to publish 09 days ago and has 02 contests and 01 winner announcement with 11 followers. The motive behind such accounts is quite evident. If you are organizing a contest, please see whether it is interesting or has any value to the participants. And don't forget to find ways to attract more and more participants!
July 28th was my second curation shift in this fourth week.
During my shift I was able to find various contests and I was able to support 20 publications that met the required parameters. Also support 4 comments.

When it comes to contests, sparking a conversation & engagement is the key. Especially in Steemit, that’s what is interesting. When users engage with quality publications it always inspiring. "Boys will be boys" is a famous phrase and I immediately recall this wonderful Indian ad series about the same societal norm which is named “Men Will Be Men”. This contest has the quality to recall such incidents and I’m sure everyone can relate to this contest. Hence, this is the pick of my day.

For my nomination I have chosen a post of SCOUTS y sus amigos Community account @hive-181136, there were few reasons, one because they motivate users to Power Up, the post explains why it is important and reward the users who did good amount of Steem Power up, but also that the community account is growing and getting stronger, now with both own strength and delegation they reached 76K.

My choice: Concurso: "Cuando llora el corazón". This contest is dedicated to the Day of Love, which is celebrated on July 29. This beautiful and painful feeling leaves a mark in the hearts of each of us. It is with love that our greatest emotions, both positive and negative, are connected.
