Preparing for the Steemit Community Challenge S6
Hello dear Steemians,
You might be asking yourself where is our account these days and what is happening? Yes, we are still there and we still working in the background of the Steem platform. No that does not mean that we have bought thousands of Steem or in the management of it. That would be probably also not bad, who knows.
WOX will be running the Community Challenge program and last few days we: @jorgevandeperre, @bambuka, @xaviduran and @ranartblog were working on the next 6 weeks programs for our Visual Art challenge.
What I like is the fact that this Initiative brought so many people from different countries together. It was interesting that we were using not only discord but also emails to exchange our ideas and to discuss what is better for users, how to inspire them and to let them to show up their skills and creativity.
I am pretty sure that it will be fantastic opportunity for users to engage and also for our Tutors will be interesting to have an opportunity of judging and communicating with people who you never seen before but who knows maybe some of them will be able to read the character behind the lines.

I continue to gain useful experience working in a team. We are all different and sometimes it is difficult to understand another person, especially if we have different native languages. But the more interesting the process is :)
On the one hand, I would like to see more participants at each stage, but on the other hand, I would like to evaluate really excellent posts by creative people.
This is a different experience of holding contests and it will be interesting to watch this process. I think it will give a lot of food for thought.
This will be an opportunity to connect with many people and to evaluate many posts. I am pretty sure there will be many entries. That is why that we have so many team members with us. It is indeed interesting to know people via Internet but still feel like we work together as it is live time communication. We definitely will have more discussion and hopefully will amend our approach every week.
I agree, it is impossible to immediately foresee all the nuances. Some kind of correction is needed as we move.
It's a living process and that's why it's interesting :)

Hi Xavi, it is a pleasure to have you in our team. I think many of us just need a bit more involvement in the life of Steemit. Only that will bring more attention and will make it interesting for others. I am glad that we have few people involved because more of us, then it is easy if one is not available then the other can visit posts so there is always someone and participants will not feel unnoticed.
I'm very happy to participate in this adventure led by @stef1, an adventure of working as a team despite the distance and cultural differences, giving us the opportunity to contribute to culture and the presence of visual arts from our WOX Community to the whole great Steemit platform.

Thank you for taking the time and willing to organise this Challenge. We would like to bring something new and different from what we know, because it is an opportunity to engage more people not with writing but with creativity. Hope that will bring more people to WOX too.
