Home-made Pizza from scratch

 

Hello dear Steemians,

 

If someone asks me what my favourite food I immediately say, that one of my favourites is Pizza. Recently we do bake it only at home from scratches there are couple of reason for that:

• first and important one that when you do it yourself, you can put what you like
• the variety and amount of toppings depends on you
• also you can decide if you add any Oil or not, I do not add any Oil
• of course, pizza dough when I do I prefer to make it very thin, in shops it is quite thick, too much of it.

So to start with that is why I take for dough, it is simple, just flour, yeast a standard bag, some water, salt and a bit of vegetarian Oil

 

 

Here how it looks like

 

 

Here are some toppings that I usually use: mushrooms, red pepper, onion, garlic, pickled gherkins and tuna with garlic and chilli as well as mozarella :
 

 

The next one is to roll out the dough on two baking trays:

 

 

*Here they are ready for the cooker: one is with Mushroom and another with tuna *
 

 

 

Finally everything is ready now ready to be eaten:
