First Curation Report May , Team #1 / Week # 1(01/05 to 07/05/23)
Hello dear Steemians,
This is a First Curation week in May 01/05 to 07/05/23 on behalf of the Steemit Curation Team 1 and @Steemcurator08 with my colleagues from the team, that from April consist of 4 Curators:
We are glad to welcome two new members @mile16 and @ridwant and we are happy to seem active on our Discord. It is important to see that we all work together and support each other where possible. The start was good and the first week went very well.
It is indeed smaller group and as it was mentioned we have much more work now we do work twice a week 3 of once and one is covering one day a week, we then rotate each week so that everyone has equal chances for work and rest.
Beginning of the month was a bit hectic because of change of posting keys and because of that teams received different Steemcurator accounts. We used to use "Steemcurator04 for last 5 month but this time we had to swap to "Steemcurator08". Therefore, the day of key exchange our curation was altered and we were not able to use that day fully. So we can say that our curation week was 6 and 1/4 day instead of 7 and we curated less than we could.

During curation we pay attention to following:
post should be done exclusively on Steemit and not posted on on other blockchain
we chose the users who despite of doing great posts still have not got a big upvotes
we chose the users who do stay active, continue following the rules of #clubs
it is important that you Power Up even 50% of your Payout
we check posts for AI generated texts or images
we check the posts for plagiarism

Among so many posts that ask for visualization I have chosen this one in particular for a support in the weekly top and I will explain why.
The author explains in detail her participation in an art contest announced in her work office, although she didn't know how to participate because it was a team competition, she decided to do it alone at the cost of not sleeping enough and eating little in order to finish a good job.
She got into the story on which she would base her painting and asked to finish it on time, resulting in first place and winning the contest.
She admits that she was very happy for the prize and felt that her effort was worth it and I think the same because her creation was very beautiful.
Besides being a steemexclusive publication and a user belonging to a club.

This user shared a very beautiful story of a beautiful day which was his friend's wedding. It is interesting to know about other people's culture and this can be seen on this publication. He explained their traditions in terms of marriage ceremony.
Besides, it's good to be happy with our friends when they celebrating a happy moment.

This is a post that was difficult to pass by. We all know that the children are our future and no matter how sad or stressed we are it is enough to have such smile of a child and our hearts will immediately melt. I remember my aunt always told that old people should live together with children so that they charge energy from them and happiness. There is a truth in this statement the older we are the more patient we are and appreciate any moment of youth, being with children makes us younger. Such an action of a child to climb into the box and imagine that this is something like a car or house and that makes us to play their game with and for our children or grandchildren, make them happy.

An interesting discussion from the author about policies, facts and even mistakes in a country's political decisions. The author opposes elected politicians who make unprofessional decisions and can harm many people based on one-sided arguments without legitimacy and accountability.

I think a good diary suppose to be with full details like this with some interesting captivating pictures. Diary game has been a good means to read some interesting stories. I feel it should be encourage in the blog.
