EURO 2024: Pastel portrait "Lamine Yamal"
Hello my dear Steemians,
During the last month one of the highlight of summer that we were following was Football EURO 24. From all the teams one of the outstanding team was Spanish team that is this time called " La Furia Roja" or "the Red Fury"
The team did not loose any game and also they had very good players, few of them young player.
My favourite player is Lamine Yamal, who is 16 years old and very talented player, with a great future.
That ts why I decided to grab my drawing tools and did this portrait, hope you will like it.
Initially I grabbed pencil and started to draw black and white.
After I made the initial sketch I decided to choose pastel just to make it more colourful.
Here is the final portrait, hope it looks like Lamine, I enjoyed the drawing after so long time.

I don't even have the talent to paint, what if I want a painting of my drawing. What should I do?
Thank you, it is not very difficult to draw just practicing and have time for that. Actually pencil portrait is easiest one. On other hand many who start with paints find it easy than pencil.
If you want to start, then try something what you really like, then you will have an interest to see the result.

I don't have enough words to praise your expertise in art. Because your drawings have a charm of their own.
Especially, the steps you shared are like tips for me, which I will try to follow in my own drawings.

Oh my God the is crazy, although I was heartbroken when England lost to spain but I am a fan of Lamine Yamal.
All I wanted was for Harry Kane to take home that cup.
I would have been Harry Kane in this drawing portrait if he hed made it work.
This work is really marvelous, after seeing this work, in my thoughts I shouted Laamiiiiiine Yamaaaaaaal😎
