DIY: cupboard for boiler

Hello my dear Steemians,

 

This is hte next work that we did in the same room. Over here in UK, it is common to have such a boiler in one of the rooms, we unfortunately had it in our beautiful big room. Of course, it looks not really nice and we needed to do something to make sure that nobody can see it and the room looks good.

My hubby decided to create self-made cupboard using different type of timber planks actually these ones supposed to be doors but it is looking good as cupboard. My hubby needed make sure that the size of them fit well and needed to be painted in dark colour.

 

 

Here it is the corner that we needed to hide.

 

 

First the frame around is made so that the board could be fixed to them.

 

 

Here are how hte door board are looking like when they arrived.

 

 

Here is the working room and the board is ready to be painted.

 

 

Three boards: two in front and one on teh side.

 

 

 

Now other board just to hide the pipes going up to the ceiling and the result is superb!
