Can Joanna Ever Beat Rose?

In the dawn of the last UFC on FOX card, Joanna 'Champion' had to fight in a scenario she hasn't been used to in years... a three round fight without a title on the line or 25 minutes to fight. Her conditioning looked incredible as expected, and defeating Tecia Torres was a solid win.
The strangest thing about Joanna is that she can literally dominate any woman in the division besides Rose Namajunas. Rose seems to be the kyrptonite to a very strong striker whom dominated the strawweight division for a near half decade now. I am not sure about Rose's full potential..
...we have seen Rose lose to multiple women that Joanna has dominated. The likes of Tecia and Karolina both had their turn beating Rose, but Joanna dominated them both! It just shows that regardless of skill, styles truly make fights at the highest level (of fighting especially).
The polish ex-champion is incredibly prideful and confident in herself again. Without bad weight cuts and the regaining of her spirit, we may see another brilliant run from Joanna in the near future. A rematch with Karolina would make sense, but honestly we need to see the third Rose fight.
Rose is seriously the only girl that can beat every other girl in the division, and Andrade vs. Karolina will set up a new contender. Joanna most likely beats these girls, and since Rose is JJ's kryptonite, it may be better to simply let Andrade or Karolina get their chance at the belt.
If Andrade can dethrone Rose (which I believe she would if they fought), Joanna can get her rematch with Andrade and have the best chance at winning her belt at she may ever have again. The UFC knows the score, and they know Joanna is still the best strawweight.

JJ can win but Rose has her number. I don't want to see a third match yet. I want to see Rose vs. Someone else and JJ beat another challenger. Then I wouldn't mind seeing the two fight for a third time.
