PGA Fantasy 7/5

We are back with another edition of PGA Fantasy Today! We are expecting some fantastic weekend action and some familiar names on the board as the Open Championship approaches and the golfers are using these rounds to get their games in prime shape. My top pick for this weekend is a crafty veteran that I have rooted for, for a long time.

B Watson 11800. Bubba Watson is loved by some but disliked by others. The fact that he has never taken a golf lesson in his life and he is completely self taught drives some people crazy. But I love Bubba and his pink driver. He can crush the ball from the tee and that will fair well for him this weekend.

P Mickelson 12400. Good old lefty! Phil Mickelson is my favorite golfer of all time. He has had one hell of a career and been one of the most exciting golfers to watch for over 20 years. But as he inches closer to 50 years old, his time is running out of being a top 10 player. This weekend matches up perfectly to his game though and his left handed swing.

T Finau 12000. Tony Finau is having a fantastic year so far. His performance at the U.S. Open was very impressive and he is swinging his clubs as good as anyone in the PGA right now. Although his salary is high, I think he is still flying under the radar with the general public and he is a great play at this price.

Kevin Na 9500. Since we used a few expensive players, we had to find some value with a lower pick. And that pick is Kevin Na. He is one of the most consistent ball strikers and although he can't crush it off the tee, he can hit a high number of greens in regulation and that will put him in a great spot this weekend.
