NBA Fantasy 12/15
We are back with another edition of NBA Fantasy Tonight! There are a dozen teams in action tonight so there will be plenty of options. There is one team that I really like tonight and that will be reflected in two of my three picks for the night.
But first, I will have a surprising first pick at the point guard position. I rarely like to use players that are struggling, but I think tonight will be the night for him to shine. Let's get started with my pick at point guard.
L Ball PG 5600. Lonzo Ball is in his second year of his NBA career out in Los Angeles. He has put up similar numbers this year as he did in his rookie year, and that is not a good thing. But I love his match-up tonight against the Hornets. They don't have anyone that can keep up with him when he pushes the pace and that should lead to layups and easy assists.
B Griffin PF 9000. Blake Griffin is having the best year of his career. He joined the Detroit Pistons last year and it has been great for Griffin. He is stuffing the ball and stuffing the stat sheets. I like Griffin to have a MONSTER night at home tonight.
A Drummond C 8500. Andre Drummond is a double-double machine this year. He is averaging a career high 45 fantasy points per game and tonight will be no different. While the Boston Celtics try and slow down Blake Griffin, Drummond will be wide open to get easy put backs and rebounds. Toss in a handful of blocks and he could hit the 55 point fantasy mark.
It should be a great Saturday night in the NBA. The over/unders in the league were enormous at the start of the season but the point totals have calmed down quite a bit since then. I think the Pistons will be the top scoring team of the night and that is why I have Griffin and Drummond in my line-up.
