Rice noodles

Rice Flour – 250 g
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Water to form a soft sticky dough

  1. Mix the flour with the oil and salt and just enough water to form a soft, sticky dough. Knead it until it becomes elastic and cohesive.

  2. Due to the lack of gluten in rice flour, substitute approx. 25-50% of rice flour with strong wheat flour.
