Decided to go for walk around the park at back of the house once I got to the first corner decided to just carry on so went around the area instead ended up back in the park did some jogging there

    Thank you.
    Its more of a necessity have always been super fit but the past few years gone down hill badly which hit rock bottom when i snapped my achilles tendon so put on alot of wait and feel unhealthy so time to sort myself out
