Even Animals Need A Walk - My Actifit: December 23 2018

Even, Animals goes for walk. A wild thought comes up in evening after looking at the returning Cows from nearby Jungle.

A walk is always good, even a short one will make your body active and fresh. And when we have such amazing view in front, who don't want to walk.

Enjoyed Sunny Sunday morning with a good walk along with my Dad. He is recovering from knee operation and need some walk. Due to chilly wind, I avoid to take him outside, but with shining Sun-day today I took him out. A fresh outing for two of us.

Even, I went further towards my fields to inspect the harvesting. A good daily counts in @actifit.

@thehealthylife calling my day off, it's 21:00 now . Hope , again I get par 😉 today . Overall pretty busy day with so many things covered on my toes. 👍
