Steem Seven Witness monthly report for October

Too many things have passed since our full return to the Steem Blockchain and we are happy to see how much we have achieved with all our work during this days. We are happy to bring to you our first report as Steem Witness and what happened during all this days filled of work to do, remember that if you want to support our work you can always give your vote to @seven.wit.

Thanks to the @rme delegation and encouragement we were able to restart our actiities with more power than ever, with this we started moving onour curation tool and setting up a solid curation plan, community plan, and a self-sustaining infraestructure that allow us to keep moving in a long term for Steem.

Our second movement was start looking for a team cause we know in the first hand that a team effort is always better for a big project, so we started asking for new curators that use our power to reward unsupported content around the whole platform. After some days the new curators were selectect, two communitaries accounts @hive-141434 and @steemundo and two free users that we teached to curate @jennarg and @joslud.

We finally deployed our full witnes infraestructure to try to be sustaining on the Steem blockchain, this was a investment and we are happy for the massive acceptation that the community gave us and now we are listed at TOP #28, an achievement that we didn't expected to reach in short term but we are here and the only remaining thing is to work hardest for our beloved community.

We gave an idea for Steem promotion where we could look for bussines and exchange promotion with them, this could help a lot Steem to grow and catch sponsoring.

We are focusing on attract investors and for this developed a system to offer x15 voting value to all delegators reserving our right to remove this benefit if we find abuse, delegate to @steem-seven and support this initiative.

And as a final implementation we created and encouragement program to reward every day our curators by looking at their performance and giving until 0.500 STEEM to each if they got the full task done.
