The new curators [ENG-ESP]

Today we are excited to announce to you our new global curation team with which we plan to start our work and reach the quality content that was not reviewed; we want to add a large number of people and projects based on STEEM communities but we are still greatly limited by the lack of Steem Power, so the next stage of the project will be to attract new investors that will allow us above all to expand our reach.

For this occasion, only 3 people applied, of which we selected 2, since the third was in a very early stage, so we had to ask him to complete the achievement program in Newcommers. Due to the low number of applicants we decided to start an experimental phase of our community support plan, and invite 2 communities that we believed could reward good content through their spaces, in said plan we contacted the team of moderators and they were asked to delegate to @steem-seven among all the members of the team an amount according to their capacity and magnitude of the community, once the goal was reached, the community accounts were given the ability to give 200% of votes daily with our account.

El día de hoy estamos emocionados por anunciar ante ustedes nuestro nuevo equipo de curación global con el cual planeamos comenzar nuestro trabajo y alcanzar el contenido de calidad que no fue revisado; queremos agregar un amplio número de personas y proyectos basados en comuniddes STEEM pero aún estamos grandemente límitados por la carencia de Steem Power, así que la siguiente etapa del proyecto consistirá en atraer nuevos inversores que nos permitan sobre todo, ampliar nuestro alcance.

Para esta ocasión se postularon solo 3 personas de las cuales seleccionamos a 2, ya que, la tercera estaba en una etapa muy inicial por lo que tuvimos que pedirle que completara el programa de logros en Newcommers. Debido al bajo número de postulantes decidimos comenzar una fase experimental de nuestro plan de apoyo a comunidades, e invitar a 2 comunidades que creímos que podrían recompensar el buen contenido a través de sus espacios, en dicho plan se establecio contacto con el equipo de moderadores y se les pidió delegar a @steem-seven entre todos los miembros del equipo una cantidad acorde a su capacidad y magnitud de la comunidad, una vez alcanzada la meta se le dio a las cuentas comunitarias la capacidad de dar 200% de voto a diario con nuestra cuenta.
