There is always a kind of internal monologue in our minds about what others think, what they think about, how they judge our lives, our actions, our words, etc., and then we are burdened with these thoughts over and over again. We are concerned especially about others' perceptions about our own lives, but we are free in our choices. However, we restrict ourselves to the ideas of others!

What we think is the idea of ​​others about us, not just thinking about ourselves, it is difficult to break some beliefs about ourselves, but we can learn how to rework our tired internal dialogue; thinking that others spend all their time thinking about our lives! We are not the focus of the lives of others, the fact that has emerged through scientific research over the years, "no one thinks of us" .. because the scientific evidence proves; we all and often think only about ourselves!

When we feel that others are prosecuting us, this is because we are prosecuting ourself, we have to rephrase our negative ideas and assumptions for ourselves for a moment. The truth is that we have no idea what others are thinking and will not be, but the most likely scenario is that people around us are wondering what we think about, and something else about them too. As a result, we are the only ones who think about all those negative thoughts about ourselves.

All this does not mean that people will never prosecuting us or be around us any opinions! But this is not true, from a scientific point of view; these judgments from others are not really about us, at least not just about us. "People use their ideas. And their own experiences; as an anchor for their assumptions about others. " Of course, what we all see is that people, who do not feel secure and confident in themselves, are often tougher in their judgment of other people

Freedom is the pleasure of choice and the conviction that no one is prosecuting your life, when you realize that most people's thoughts are about themselves, not about you and about your life and your choices, and grasp this scientifically proven concept; you will feel incredible freedom and freedom! This means that you can work in your own way, believe in everything you want about your actions, you can wear what you want and any costume you like, etc.
