Comfort zone

The comfort zone is the situation in which you live, and you are accustomed to exercising it whether it is comfortable or uncomfortable, and get out of it is something that is worrying and stressful and frightening for some people, although coming out of the circle of comfort and entering the new challenge circle is the secret of development and growth in consciousness and human personality. However, getting out of them requires tremendous strength and strong motivation and it occurs sporadically and sparingly. Staying in the first circle is a slow death of human capabilities and possibilities.

Most people have great difficulty in getting out of this circle, but when they come out of it they wonder how long they stay in it. A person must be aware of this circle and strive to get out of it with all his might. He must observe that the universe is going regularly but is changing. And if you stops in the comfort zone you will remain in a state of stagnation and delay

Working in the same place for a long time, fear of running a project, not learning any new skill, fear of mobility and travel, refusing to recognize new friends, practicing the same habits and activities, also walking the same way and going to the same places, and wear the same style of clothing and keep the same hairstyle, and sit in the same place at home or other and eat the same food. Can be considered rest circles

You have to get out of the circle consciously to reach the top level, when you climb your car on a mountain road you need to press the accelerator pedal in order to rush to the top, the reason for the pressure is to get out of the familiar speed in order to climb up

Remember that if you want to climb up you need more than usual effort to get out of the comfort zone.
