Fitness is a way of living! That's why I became a personal trainer!

Few years ago I was overweight and my only hobby was staying at home all day long to play video games...
But there was one day that changed it all! my two childhood friends(the only two I still had) made me go out with them to play bowling just for one hour at first I didn't want to go out and preferred to stay at home but some how they talked me into it
And THAT the moment that changed my life

We went to the bowling and at first I was anxious and didn't feel really comfortable being outside my home but after couple of bowling throws I started to feel better and all of a sudden there was a group of girls that started to play next to us so my friends decided that we should try to talk with them and I didn't really feel like it's something that I could do so I said I need to go the toilet and hid there for couple of mins...
I felt like a complete loser and felt like there's no hope for me
When I came back from the toilet I saw my friends chatting with the girls and wanted to be able to do that too !
In that day I wasn't able to talk with the girls and felt terrible about my self but I knew that I must to change something in my life!

So I decided to register to my nearest GYM and start to train 5 days a week

I got addicted to it! The feeling of getting better was so great!

And somehow the workouts changed my life and I became a strong man who's not afraid to talk with any girl or love my life!

So this is a short version of how fitness changed my life!
