✴️ INFRARED SAUNA ACTION! COOKED MYSELF! 🤦 🤣
What's up STACKERS!
I had one of these "Infrared Saunas" sessions at the crib. I rarely used it and need to start again.
Yeah.. Yeah... I know, my face turned into a baked Tomato! 🍅
Some studies have shown that if you do saunas 2-3 times a week, that it will prevent many ailments. 🙇
The benefits are listed here:
- Reduces Inflammation
- Solves Muscle Soreness
- Relieves joint problems
- Improves cardiovascular performance
- Flushes out toxins deep in the cells
- Helps with stress
- Burns calories
- Better sleep
- Cleanses the skin
Blahhh blahhh blahhh.... it helps with everything! So with all that being said, I've included doing sauna's info my biohacking lifestyle. 😎
I highly recommend that people start doing these type of things if one wants to become a little bit healthier in their lives. 💁♂️

I can attest to sauna health benefits, but I do not understand infrared saunas. I have tries a few times and they were way too cold to be a sauna. I guess that is why you are wearing clothes in there 🤷🏻♀️
