You know what time it is... Monday’s are the days when you grind it out at the gym.
There is a little secret that I wanted to share with you all, if you drink lots of water... you’ll lose weight much faster!
Is that true?! Is it a myth? Is it scientifically proven? Beats the shit out of me! 😂
I made it a goal (a decade ago) to at least drink a gallon of water a day.
When I do drink lots of water, I just feel much better during my workout and throughout the day.
Some people say it’s a myth that drinking a gallon water a day is good for you. Usually it’s from out of shape people so I never tend to take their advice. LOL
All I know is that it works for me. :-)
Well anyways, only 2000+ steps for me Today. I think that’s pretty good for being an internet guy sitting on my ass most of the time in front of the computer for 20+ years. Haha
Just a quick update! my next workout will probably be in a few days, I got to rest and heal my body.

It certainly is the best way to hydrate the body! It takes time to get used to but it is great to cleanse the body and maintain the body working.

I live in a arid climate and I drinks lots of water everyday, not really sure how much but I can finish my therm of water (750 grams) in 2-4 hours. Certainly if we workout we will need even more. Water for health, for skin and bienestar. Good habits and keep going!
