What’s up STACKERS!
Yes, it’s Christmas Eve here in Las Vegas and I just had to hit the gym again. To my surprise, the place was packed!! (Maybe it was because they were going to close early). 🤦🏼♂️
The workout sucked as most of the workout equipment was being used by everyone. What is the saying, a simple workout is better than no workout at all I guess. 🤷🏼♂️
I’m not going to lie, my diet has been shit 💩 in the last two weeks but I plan to push it pretty hard in 2019! 💯
No more excuses, only action!
