My Actifit Report Card: GETTIN' MY STEPS IN AT HOME TODAY!
What’s up Stackers!
Today was a pretty easy going day. I had lots of “office work” to do from home so it was kinda hard to get those steps in. 🏃🏼♂️
However, I managed to get over 2000+ steps by walking around the house all day doing chores like laundry 🤣
Damn, I took more steps staying at home than going to the gym 🤦🏼♂️
I also threw in some planks on a workout ball and did some AB rolls... only took me 5 minutes to do.
I did fairly well today but I think I just ruined all that hard work by eating a whole pizza an hour ago 🍕 🙇🏼♂️
Lessons learned, I now have to go on a 24 hour fast and try to get back on schedule starting right now. Damn it! Haha

yeah but do you have to integrated it with a fitbit or manually enter the info in. nm, i'll look it up :)
That’s what I thought but you dont have too. You just down load the app and it tracks your steps daily automatically 😀
