My Actifit Report Card: 24 HOUR FITNESS ACTION! ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
Whatโs Up STACKERS!
After my โLazy Dayโ on Sunday, I had to step it up and hit the 24 Hour Fitness Gym.
I kinda like this gym. Thereโs hardly no โMeat Headsโ or โHot Chicksโ and itโs filled with lots of old people. In other words, there are no distractions there so I can stay focused. ๐คฃ
Itโs kinda funny, I have three gym memberships!
Donโt get me wrong, Iโm no โGym Ratโ or anything like that but I just like to switch it up at times. Going to the same gym all the time tends to get pretty boring.
Today was a good day, I did a full body workout with weight and it just took me an hour. ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
All I have to do now is watch what I eat in the next few days. I think I ate like 30 candy bars in the last two weeks that I need to burn off. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
Time to get fit for 2019! ๐ช๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ฏ

Hehehe....meat heads and hot chicks, my friend @stackin, are part and parcel of the gym scene. I go at least once a week to the gym and lap swim. And I appreciate seeing "old" people... they are an inspiration for me to keep going! And like you, I want to switch locations ever so often... to avoid boredom. "Keep steeming, keep stacking, and keep smiling" is my motto, and now I must add... keep moving!
Keep on that workout grind, I was slackin this year but Iโm back in it ๐ช๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ฏ

Btw I would recommend to aim for anywhere between 5,000-10,000 activity count per day to get AFIT rewards.

I can imagine having 3 gym memberships haha. Gets pretty expensive :D At least here in Estonia.
Itโs not to bad, itโs around $50 a month. ๐ฌ
