In pursuit of the memory
The human memory has surprising qualities. Very often we can't remember, what we know 100%. For example, the name of the singer or actor, as the name of our school teacher, the name of the book, film or medicine. One time I forgot my address. We sat with my friend at my house, it was late and she was going to leave. She called a taxi on the phone and asked me the address. And you know what? I was not able to answer! She thought, I was mocking her, and she wanted to be offended. But then she realized, that my memory really stuck. I had to call my husband and check the home address.
At this moment, when you can't remember something, you feel so yucky feeling. You feel the thought running inside your head, but you can't catch it. When that happens to me, I can't rest until I remember. If it happens when I'm in bed, I can't sleep. I start looking for information on the Internet, I can write or call friends. It's like a lost piece of the puzzle. And as soon as they tell you the right answer - you think, exactly, I knew it! Does that happen to you?

Lol i hate that feeling when I can't remember something it will bug me all day unless I go and exercise or sit forever trying to remember what it is. I can honestly say I couldn't live without my day book I right down everything I need to do for the day and scratch it off one by one and then at the end of the day rearranging my new list for tomorrow with new tasks or tasks I have yet to complete.
It works well for me! How do you keep yourself in order?

Yes it happens to me. At times at exam hall when there wont be chance to ask anyone . it sucks
I hate it but also the opposite must be annoying too haha
Yeah buddy! It used to happen with me a lot. It made my life hell on many occasions.
But, the situation changed when I learned a new thing about mind. I learned that if I try to remember something I've forgotten anxiously, then it doesn't work. The answer never comes.
But If I remember it whole heartedly once and then become thoughtless, stop seeking everything, then out of that silence answer emerges in a flash. But the thing is that the movement of my mind should completely stop.
Try it. It works. I've tried it many times. And more you do it, the more you become good at it. Soon it becomes a matter of a couple of seconds to remember anything.
Memory can be amazing. If you meet a world war II veteran, you will be amazed that they cannot remember what happened last week but they can give vivid details of the battles of 70 years ago.
I try as much as i can not to be angry whenever i have lost memory, getting angry will only make me forget what ever it is the more, i try to detract myself for a while, may be talk to friends or stay on a lengthy conversation with a friend on the phone, most times before i get done detracting myself i get to remember what ever it is i forgot.
You cant imagine. The worst part is when I'm really trying to explain something to someone on a subject i really know about and I'm stuck, I can't remember, and I just sit there wondering if I'm getting dumber or what.
