Introducing Mono Money (English subtitles)

Hello friends, I've released this introductory video for my channel Mono Money. That channel will be completely dedicated to my constant sharing of information and tutorials about the possibilities of the crypto economy. In other words, my goal there is to educate, guide and inspire people to take advantage, in a healthy way, of cryptocurrencies and blockchains.

A major guideline for those messages is my personal perspective on the subject of a new economic culture, a "free financial culture" for our world. You can read a bit about that viewpoint in my last article "A Healthy Financial Culture: People Help the People".

Some constant considerations for my coming videos will be crypto-anarchism, transhumanism (centered on the financial features of our future world), cyberpunk and cypherpunk. I cannot help but treat all these subjects under a philosophical light... that's what I am.

In this video I speak in Esperanto, but I created and uploaded English and Spanish subtitles so that you all can understand and share your opinions.

All the videos of that channel will work like that: if I speak in English, there will be available Spanish and Esperanto subtitles, because those languages address the communities (or targets) that I constantly want to connect with.

Tutmonda Esperanta Kriptoakademio

Here I talk about this newborn idea... this starting project named Tutmonda Esperanta Kriptoakademio (TEK), that means Worldwide Esperanto Crypto-Academy. It is an inspiration of the samideano @mattgroening.

Despite it has only 2 days since launched, TEK already exists in a little Telegram group where we began to build this team (that could become someday a "tribe") of esperantists from any country in the world.

We, esperantists, exist as a universal diaspora of little groups in every country. But our movement has been very weak in the last decades, for many historical reasons. I think that the potential of the crypto economy (as universal and open as our own community) could be a key component for the restitution of our social strength and health. It is a coherent instrument for our goals and projects.

In all this, I reserve an important place for my fellow samideanos in Africa and Latin America, because I know they have been waiting so long for an opportunity to improve their lives from the heart of our own community. Sadly, until now, those opportunities have not appeared, or have been so weak and unstable that didn't lead to good conditions for all of us.

I am comparatively as poor as they are, and my daily live is also under the stress of many urgencies, but I have a certain amount of knowledge in the fields of technology, communication, mass media and social movements, that allow me to work wisely for this goal with a good hope in our future possibilities. I will need just the strength to keep going and the resources for that.

If you're interested in all this, please remain attentive to our next steps and endeavors. You can help us by making a donation or delegation. And if you know any Esperanto-speaker in your country, please tell him about this project. We need all the possible help.

Thank you very much, in advance. You're always so supportive.

Please don't mind my previous comment. I just realized that you're using both dtube and youtube :)

ps. I've never knew anyone who speak Esperanto. Wow. That's quite impressive.

We, esperantists, exist as a universal diaspora of little groups in every country. But our movement has been very weak in the last decades, for many historical reasons.

What means esperantists? Does it mean all people who use Esperanto? I always thought that creating this language was like an failure experiment. It never managed to reach mass adoption. Right?

Cheers, Piotr

Yes, I like very much that feature added to DTube. We can link videos from YouTube and hence receive rewards. They're going to launch their own token (out of the testnet) and so we'll earn STEEM and DTC.

YouTube demands a certain amount of views and subscribers before we can receive money for the content, but we can now monetize those videos using DTube.

The thing I don't understand yet is that they allow everyone to upload anyone's video, and monetize it... I'm still not sure what to think about that, but I don't feel comfortable. They call that "to share and curate content". I'll wait for more clarity about it.

Yes, I understand. The feature that previously messed all the uploads is the IPFS. It is an amazing project, but it faces big difficulties. I experienced that with BitTube (which also runs on the IPFS).

A blockchain that contains multimedia... awesome, but we still don't have the technical conditions for realize that in the best way. However I'm sure that in next years it will be solved.

Yes, the Esperanto-speakers are commonly named "esperantists", because it is understood among them that Esperanto is not just a language, but a movement linked to principles of universalism and human fraternity.

Most esperantists think that Esperanto is just an instrument for a larger purpose. The problem is that such purpose is not yet well defined.

However, it is a common experience to feel those deep meanings when one begins to speak Esperanto. I think that happens because of the nature of the instrument itself:

You start communicating with people in Africa, Asia, Europe, America... and each one of you know that you're all using a language that has no country. It's no one's but, at the same time, it's everyone's.

So the nature of the language you're using makes you more aware about your essential humanity. And the movement around that language is based on this awareness.

That's an interesting experience to reevaluate the Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis about the influence of languages on human cognition.

I have written a post about the esperantism, but only published its Spanish and Esperanto versions. In next days I'll publish the English one.

Very late thanks for this brilliant reply @spirajn

Seriously thx. Piotr

The existence of crypto is certainly an asset for education in general. This sounds like it will be positive, albeit indirect, influencer.

I hope it will work that way, so that my community could enrich this crypto world.

Many thanks for your visit.

Hello friend @spirajn, good project brother, I hope you have a lot of success!

Thank you, my friend. I take strength from all your good desires.

Hi @spirajn

Sorry for such a late comment. I bookmarked your publication but didn't have enough time to read it until now.

Wouldn't you consider uploading content on youtube as well? dtube sucks. It's so slow and sometimes old videos are just not loading at all.

Plus it's easier to subscribe and receive notifications from Youtube.
