I think many spinningists have faced a situation I usually call ' one bait-one fish '. This is when you are having a bite or catching a fish on a bait, but more in this place on the same bait no contact. That is why it is necessary to take with you on such "complex " reservoirs a box with the most various tackles.
I have encountered similar behavior of fish countless times and have already developed some algorithm of lure rotation during catching. In the same place I can start catching on the jig lures, then change them to Wobblers, and then start catching alternately on spinners, then on the spoons. And such tactics often bring a positive result in the form of a good catch.

Such fishing took place this fall at Denis Vidrova. During the fishing he used 3 different types of baits-jig, wobblers and spoons. And eventually caught the fish on completely different lures...
