Who Is Sparkesy43?

Who am I? The name's Brad, and I'm an Aussie, or more specifically I'm a Victorian who followed my (now wife) to Tasmania 15 years ago and never quite left.

We have a 2 year old daughter (with a 17 year old attitude), and a little dog we rescued from the Dog's home last year.

What brings me to Steem? Well I was lured in by the promise of riches by beating @dahmsy79 & @o07 in their AFL Fantasy Footy comp, but am now learning a bit more about crypto currencies and finding the whole thing pretty interesting.

I follow the AFL, most cricket formats (though T20 doesn't really excite me) and have a passing interest in a few other sporting teams, so you may find that sport is where a good chunk of my content will come from, but you never know what else I'll feel inspired to share.

I've spent the last 15 years working in the Telecommunications industry, and about 12 months ago, started moonlighting as an Uber driver for a few hours week (it let's me stay home with the little one for one day every week). I also sell a bit of Lego online via a website called Bricklink which is a big marketplace for Lego parts wordwide.

So that's a little bit about me, and I still plan on kicking arse in the Fantasy Footy Comp
