Con base en lo anterior, me di a la tarea de seleccionar a una pintora que tuviera obras que motivaran la escritura creativa. Por ello seleccioné a la artista María de los Remedios Alicia Rodriga Varo y Uranga, mejor conocida como Remedios Varo:

Desde muy niña se hizo ávida lectora de literatura, con lo cual fomentó un pensamiento independiente, lo cual hizo que fijara posturas ideológicas "rebeldes" en la escuela de "monjas" donde se formó en su educación básica.
Realizó su primera obra de arte cuando tenía 12 años. A los 15 se matriculó en la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando de Madrid. Eso ocurrió entre los años 1924 y 1929. De hecho, fue una de las primeras mujeres en formar parte de esta Academia.
En el año 1937 viajó a Francia. Pero cuando los nazis llegaron a ese país en el año 1941, ella emigró a México, donde se rodeó con escritores y artistas destacados de este país.
Remedios Varo formó parte del grupo "Logicofobista", que tenía como objetivo utilizar obras surrealistas para representar diversos estados mentales de los seres humanos.
En el año 1947, Varo estuvo en Venezuela, con motivo de una campaña de salud para combatir el paludismo. En nuestro país realizó trabajos como ilustradora entomológica, así como también realizó trabajos publicitarios para el laboratorio Bayer. Además, formó parte del instituto de malarología de Venezuela.
En el año 1949 regresó a México. Allí se casó con Walter Gruen, un austriaco refugiado en México, que le propuso que se dedicara por completo a la pintura, mientras él se encargaba de que a ella no le faltara nada para vivir con comodidad. Con él vivió hasta la fecha de su muerte, el día 8 de octubre del año 1963, cuando ella tenía 55 años.

She lived with him until the date of her death, on October 8, 1963, when she was 55 years old.

Mi cariño, creo que se te hará fácil. Son obras surrealistas. Muy cargadas de sueños. Además esta artista trabajaba mucho el concepto del "alter ego".
