Keep it Real, Keep it Healthy
Remembering my diet days when all I would eat in a day are fruits, veggies, crackers, root crops and just water,water and water which eventually led me to dream about ice cream, chicken wings, cakes and cotton candies when I sleep. Lol! It was all produce in the table and jeez it was a grim! Took me a lot of self discipline to refuse the sweet temptations. Well, the hard days are paid off with 5 kilos ripped off my weight and I'm just happy for the results! Now I eat fruits not because I'm on a diet but because they fun to eat and plain healthy.
