The famous Kulfi Malai of Sirajganj district was being sold in a van. I had just left the mosque after performing Friday prayers. I want to thank the Creator for allowing me to taste such delicious food. I can't even describe or express in words how sweet and delicious it was. The unique taste of this delicious dish impressed me greatly. I will never forget the taste of this food in a thirsty moment and a hungry stomach.
This delicious Kulfi Malai is sold at a very limited price. When I bought it from the shopkeeper, I estimated that it should be worth at least 30 Bangladeshi taka. Which current steem value should be 3 steem. But it is very surprising that the price of this sweet Kulfi Malai is only Bangladeshi 10 taka That is 1 steem. This is a matter of great joy and praise for me.
I was truly impressed to see such sweet and delicious food being sold at such a low price. This food is made with milk, and it is filled into a small steel mold and kept in cold ice. When frozen in the extreme cold, these turn into Sirajganj's famous Kulfi Malai. Although the process of making this delicious dish is very simple, I will never forget its taste. I will remember a sunny noon when my thirsty heart was cooled by eating Sirajganj's famous Kulfi Malai.
