Maturity is a common word among us. But this term is often misinterpreted in our society.
In our society, a person is considered a mature person if he is smart or an outwardly developed person such as a nice job, a lot of money, a house, expensive clothes, property, and expensive car. Such people are considered to be mature people.
According to me, maturity means the ability of a mature person to understand the situation, to react as much as the situation requires, to have a tendency to change, to forget the past and ability to work on mistakes, to accept mistakes, to forgive, to have a tendency to learn, to be responsible, etc the qualities are the signs of a mature person.
An Example of Maturity - Most people compare themselves with successful people and feel disappointed and wonder because they wonder why they did not achieve success like them. That's why we feel inferior. When we feel disappointed with our position, we step on the wrong path in the hope of more profit.
I haven't been successful, it's okay to think about that. In that case, I can work hard to be successful. But if I am depressed, if I am not happy with my own position, then I will never be happy. Another issue is that we always compare ourselves to people in a higher position than us.
Remember success doesn't always come through comparison, there is satisfaction in being satisfied with where you are. We never think that there are many more miserable people than us who live a nomadic life, and who do not get the minimum facilities to sustain life. Many of us live in a better society than those people. If you think like this, you will feel that the depression has decreased a lot.
From this example, I mean, maturity means when you think something good with your own thoughts instead of thinking wrongly like most people in society. Changing your perspective is also part of maturity.
In my opinion, experience comes from both age and situation.
How we get experience from age- By age, we enter childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, and old age. By successively entering these stages of life we accumulate experience.
As we get older our knowledge increases. We experience educational life, working life, married life, and family life. These stages have many challenges, many lessons, and many joys that bring us many experiences.
How we get experience from circumstances- Just as we experience different stages of life because of age, so do we experience different situations. We experience different situations because of our physical, mental, and social conditions.
We rejoice in our achievements, we learn something new when we are in danger, we feel empty when our loved ones die, and in general, we learn to adapt ourselves to different situations in life and as a result, we gain a lot of experience.

I do believe that older people can also learn so many things from the youth.
Days are passing and new technologies are being invented. Youths are well acquainted with new technologies. Older people are not as familiar with these technologies nor were these technologies introduced in their time. Older people can take the help of youth to learn about the modern world and its new technologies.
According to the change of era, new possibilities, new skills, and new ideas are born in the youth. As a result, older people often take the help of youth to solve various problems.
Youths are very enthusiastic about work The secret of their success impressed the Older people and they were eager to learn something from the Youths.

In fact, this is a fact that many people's misconceptions and misconceptions about this mature topic in society seem to be gaining wide spread. Maturity is never about looking for nice clothes or money or lineage but it is a matter between each person.
As you so beautifully point out maturity will actually bring out his personality. Forgiving people, the tendency to bring oneself from wrong to the right path, being educated in the right way and guiding oneself in that way, being responsible have highlighted various things and these are the qualities of a mature person.

আপনার মতে ম্যাচিউরিটি একটি খুব সাধারণ প্রক্রিয়া। আমাদের সমাজে ভালো চাকরি ,সুন্দর পোশাক ও অনেক টাকা পয়সা থাকলেই পরিপক্ক বলে মনে করা হয়।
কিন্তু আপনি এর সাথে দ্বিমত পোষন করেন। আপনার মাটিতে পরিপক্কতা হলো প্রয়োজন অনুসারে কোনো বিষয়ে প্রতিক্রিয়া দেখানো,ভুলে যেতে পারা ,নিজের ভুল থেকেসিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারা ইত্তাটি যখন কোনো মানুষের মাঝে দেখা যায় তখনি তিনি পরিপক্ক হয়েছেন বলে ধরে নেয়া যায়।
আপনার মতে আমাদের অভিজ্ঞতা আমাদের বয়স ও পরিস্থিতি দুটোর উপরই নির্ভর করে।
আপনার সাথে আমিও একমত যে বয়স্ক ব্যাক্তিরা তরুণদের কাছ থেকে অনেক কিছুই শিখতে সক্ষম ,বিশেষ করে প্রযুক্তি সংক্রান্ত বিষয়গুলো।

What you said about maturity is true and how they react in a given situation is indicative of maturity but it doesn't end there. The decision should be precise as well they shouldn't harm anyone mentally or put a bar in his progress. My best wishes for this contest!
There are some things that we don't know before that we know now. I will say maturity also deals with age because we are more exposed to some things the more we grew stronger
