Staying Cool Whilst in The Office.

Well, today has been no doubt, one of the hottest days in the year, and staying cool whilst sat in front of the laptop has been a challenge, Staying cool whilst in the office is important not only to be able to concentrate and remain focussed but also to remain comfortable.

And believe it or not, drinking hot coffee or hot tea does help, it helps to maintain your core temperature whilst your body handles the external heat, although I have been enjoying the odd iced coffee throughout the day.

Of course, another thing is to have the fan blasting on its highest setting as well as the windows and doors open creating an airflow.

Not complaining about the weather, but would be much nicer to be enjoying it by the beach with a pina colada than in an office with a surface book.
