개인적으로 종종 일본여행을 즐기는 제게 많은 먹거리가 기억에 남지만 그 중에서 '수프레 핫케잌'이 정말 기억에 남습니다.
Personally, I often enjoy japanese travel, but many of them are memorable, but among them, 'Su purs hotcakes' is really memorable.

한국에서도 간혹 먹을 수 있지만 도쿄에서 먹었던 입에서 녹는듯한 부드러움을 느낄 수 있는곳이 한국에는 없더군요.

그러던 중 아내의 지인이 소개해 준 곳이 지금 이 글의 장소인 '이니스프리 카페'입니다.
네 맞습니다. 이곳은 자연주의를 표방하는 이니스프리 화장품회사에서 운영하는 곳입니다.

화장품 회사이지만 자신들이 추구하는 바를 음식을 통하 표현함과 동시에 그 이미지 또한 상승시킬 목적으로 만들어진 것 같았습니다.

무척이나 아기자기하게 만들어진 내부와 여러가지 판매 악세사리들이 제 마음에 들었습니다.

저보다 미식가인 아내도 극찬을 아끼지 않았답니다.무엇보다 도쿄에서 느꼈었던 극강의 부드러움과 함께 풍성하고 신선한 계란의 맛과 건강한 크림과 블루베리 그리고 향좋은 커피를 맛보실 수 있기때문이죠.
My gourmet wife did not spare my praise as well, because you can taste the richness and freshness of eggs, healthy creams, blueberries, and incenseful coffee, as well as the tenderness of the ultra strongness that you felt in Tokyo.!

덕분에 간만에 행복하게 식사를 하는 아내의 모습을 볼 수 있어 더욱 좋았답니다.
참 단, 60세트 한정으로 10시30분에는 가셔야 합니다. 찾는 사람이 많아 금방 품절되기 때문이죠.
그리고 또 한가지 사항. 주문받고 만들기 때문에 삼십분 정도는 기다리셔야 합니다.
