My Actifit Report Card: February 18 2019

Well I got less than half the steps that I achieved yesterday, but I still managed to tire out my dog Rocket.

Tomorrow I will be at Crossfit in the morning. I won't have my phone with me to register movements, but I still plan on getting a good number of steps in during the day.
