Kimchi beef noodles (original recipe)

I had another one of those what should I cook for dinner days and quickly came up with this dish after seeing fresh spinach noodles on sale at my local Asian grocery store. Easy meal and not too spicy!

Ingredients

Thinly Sliced beef, 250 g
Kimchi, 300 g
Oyster mushrooms 10 pieces, sliced
Fresh spinach noodles, 500 g
Oil

Method

1. Boil water for cooking the spinach noodles
2. Heat oil in pan, add beef slices
3. When beef is half cooked, add in oyster mushrooms and continue to stir fry
4. Add in kimchi and simmer
5. Add in cooked noodles

Serves 4
