They'd get 'em, but the holes they made to do it; would be ledgendary, LOL! A good pellet gun might be easier....
BTW, That rotter is pretty cute, but I know that they are destructive too.
If they make you real mad, dump a gallon of ammonia in their den, late night. It is free fertilizer, and heavier than air'!

ACK! No! Haha. I actually do not mind them, but people around here hate them. I mean--they do leave holes everywhere, but I feel bad killing them. The neighbour came over last week and asked if he could set some traps along our fence line. Traps seem to be the preferred method, followed by the carcass being tossed into the 'dead things bush'. I don't even want to know what a dead things bush is, but all the locals seem to have them. :-P
I hear they make good dog food....
I have had too much damage from pests, and I've moved them to the shoot on sight list.

I like most Critters, but especially raccoons have to go cuz they destroy so much stuff! I bought a special air rifle just to shoot raccoons with. It has been very effective, and I have been tearing up anything else. But I don't knock off the possums, because they are lightning death on ticks and bugs. So they're ugly but effective!
