Clay Imaginary Animal Figures in the Museum of Hoeamsa Temple
There were clay animal figures behind of human figures.
Animals displayed in this room looked like imaginary.
It seemed that each animal figures had its own specific religious meaning.
But regrettably, I don’t have any background knowledge about those symbolic animals.
Categorically, there were three kinds of animals, walking, flying and swimming.
In my guess, they tried to describe all kinds of animals on the earth.
Is there other kinds of animals other than walking, flying and swimming animals.
Of course, clay figures looked like mythic and seemed deeply related to Buddhism.
I'm in love with these mystic figures :-)

동물들의 형태가 마치 신화에 나오는 것도 같고, 상상의 동물같기도 하고...
예술적으로는 정말로 가치가 있어보입니다.
선조들의 상상력이 대단하다는 생각이 드네요.^^
Hey Cool!
What century are these from? To have them in that shape if they are ancient is a gift. So neat to read a story and mindset from hundreds of years ago. Really puts time into perspective.
Right on.
BIEN.....
Nice travel result and if we related this figures to the goal mades, its certainly valuable and meaningful. Thanks for share it sir @slowwalker. Blessing
